Booking & Payment: 

50% of the price to be paid online upon confirmation. The remaining balance will be paid in person at the fulfilment time.

You'll be notified once we confirm your booking availability, and we'll send it to your shopping cart ready for checkout if you want to.

Booking confirmation would take up to 5 to 10 minutes if request sent during working hours.

Cancellation & Refund:

Down payment is nonrefundable if the guest cancels their booking within 2 days of charter date. 

In case of authentic bad weather, charter will be rescheduled. Incase rescheduling is not possible; payment made by the customer will be refunded.

In case of authentic mechanical breakdown on the day of the trip, charter can be transferred to another boat upon the negotiation between two parties or approval from the guest. In case charter transfer is not possible, payment made by the customer will be refunded.

Coastguard restrictions or UAE Law enforcement decrees. In this instance, the charter will be rearranged subject to yacht availability. If this is not possible, payment made by the customer will be refunded.
